User Community / Batch Support

As Plant Manager when I call for Batch Service I would like to have a response in a timely manner. I would also like to learn more about industry changes and ideas from peers.

  • Create a User Community and Solutions Video Hub.

  • Improve our internal infrastructure to better assist our customers.

  • Evaluate Batch Support response times to continuously improve
