Preload materials before concrete batching has started

As Batch Operator I want to preload materials (i.e. color or other manually added products) before the concrete batching process is started to reduce batching time. Potential concepts include extending the PLPM (Post Load Process Management) concept to have a Preload status for tickets currently on the stack that have not started.
