When there is a wet or dry load customer tend to blame the PWS , currently there is only one little aid in the software to try figure out what happen with the moisture during that faulty load , it is the E on the batch weights . But this E doesn't allow you to conclude anything .

If there was a log of all the moisture readings of the faulty load along with the scale weight reading it would be a great help to understand what actually happened with the moisture during the load .

When customer has a bin with multiple gates or multiple bins with one probe there is no way to know if the Probe gate ran out of material

if there was a reading outside the range there is no way to know how far below or above the limit it was .

when there are extremely wet materials and the probe reach saturation momentarily on the output it is hard to know when that affected the whole measuring

The log could be permanently stored only for loads that had out of range readings
