We are able to interpret through various methods, how quickly the different materials are feeding into the scales. It would be nice to have a report showing all of the feeds, flow per second, of the materials. This could be used as a tool for the operators and the software, to better adjust the various feed types if needed, and can also be used a troubleshooting tool for the different types of feeds of all materials. Currently we are looking to switch a material from gravity feed to screw/auger. We are able to gain the lbs feed per second through different reports, and then were able to decide if migrating the material would adversely effect the production. It would be helpful to have a single report with actual and average pounds per second for each material, that could be looked up through an order number or load ID number.

If you use the Productivity form you can drill into these details in a timing chart. On this Productivity form, you can press the Load Times button and you'll see all the loads that were filtered on the Productivity form. You can double click on the load you want to drill down on. This will break out all the timings and feed cycles.
