Plant Automation Suite Ideas

We are looking for a device or function that can interface directly with the Commandbatch computer, without using the Manual Station or I/O Junction Box, to operate equipment that occasionally land on the Manual Station. We are looking to expand certain functions of the production process. This expansion would require an interface that could offer typical on/off features, with operator signaling and monitoring capabilities.

We have expanded into Permanent Remote Batching Operations. This process has shown many benefits, and are looking to expand into complete plant automation. This automation will allow one operator to control many plants from one centralized location, and retain the capabilities to batch on site as well, if required. We will need the operator to have the capability to control many features of a plant, and to be able to read water, pneumatic, and hydraulic temperatures and pressures in real time. It would be critical to make this device or program expandable enough to handle different plant types.
