Drop down menu changes, speed and access

As it is now, if you want to change something on the order screen such as mix, only the options BELOW the previously chosen mix design is available, no the ones above. This is a common problem with many of the dropdown menus. Also, if there is a no data on a line and we save it, we first have to delete the line. Both these things take too many mouse clicks and too much time to resolve.

    If you press the spacebar to clear out the Mix Design then press the dropdown, you will clear the filter and see all mix designs.
